Coverage and Terms:

Premier Blinds and Shades (“we” or “our”) warrants that our window coverings, including blinds, shades, curtains, and any
other window treatment products (“Products”), will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of
the original purchaser (“you” or “your”). This limited lifetime warranty is non-transferable and only applies to Products
purchased from authorized retailers or directly from Premier Blinds and Shades. Proof of purchase is required to make a
warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage:

During the lifetime of the original purchaser, Premier Blinds and Shades will repair or replace, at our discretion, any
defective Product, provided that the defect is due to faulty materials or workmanship. The warranty covers issues related
to the functionality or manufacturing defects of the Products, including but not limited to defects in cords, hardware, and
mechanisms.

Exclusions:

This limited lifetime warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by:

1. Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, and fabric fraying over time.
2. Misuse, negligence, accidents, abuse, or improper installation or operation of the Products.
3. Modifications or alterations to the Products not authorized by Premier Blinds and Shades.
4. Exposure to extreme environmental conditions, including excessive heat, humidity, or direct sunlight.
5. Damage caused by pets or other animals.
6. Acts of nature, such as fire, flood, earthquake, or other disasters.
7. Installation or removal costs.

 

Motors and motor parts have an expected lifetime of 5 years. Replacement after 5 years will be at the current part cost.

Warranty Conditions:

1. Maintenance: The Product must be properly maintained as per the care and maintenance instructions provided
   by the Company.
2. Non-Transferable: This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser and the property
   where the Product is permanently installed.
3. Alterations and Modifications: Any alterations or modifications to the Product that are not explicitly authorized
   by the Company will void this warranty.
4. Customer Measurement Responsibility: The Company relies on the customer’s accurate measurement to 1/8
   of an inch for the Product’s dimensions. Any discrepancies due to incorrect measurements will not be covered
   under this warranty.
5. Removal and Reinstallation: The Product is intended to be a permanent fixture at the original installation
   location. Removal and reinstallation of the Product in a different location will void this warranty.

 

Making a Warranty Claim:

1. In the event that you believe your Product is covered under this limited lifetime warranty, please follow these steps:
   Contact Premier Blinds and Shades through our customer service department at
   [email protected] to initiate your warranty claim. Provide your proof of purchase and a
   detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
2. We may request photos or physical samples of the Product to assess the defect and determine the appropriate
   course of action.
3. If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product. If the
   exact Product is no longer available, we may replace it with a comparable Product of equal or higher value.

 

Limitation of Liability:

This limited lifetime warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defect or issue with the Products. Premier Blinds and
Shades shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to
use the Products covered under this warranty.

Applicable Law:

This limited lifetime warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which
the Product was purchased.

Severability:

If any provision of this limited lifetime warranty is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain
in full force and effect.

By keeping and using the Product beyond the return period or by making a warranty claim, you acknowledge that you
have read and understood the terms of this limited lifetime warranty and agree to be bound by them.
