Fulfillment of Custom Orders

  • Order Processing:
    • All custom orders are made-to-order based on the specific requirements provided by the customer.
    • Processing times may vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Estimated fulfillment times will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • Shipping & Delivery:
    • Once your custom product is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details for shipment.
    • Shipping times will depend on the destination and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Refund Policy for Custom Orders

  • No Refunds for Custom Products:
    • Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any custom orders once they are placed.
  • Order Modifications:
    • Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion, but no refunds will be issued.
    • Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
